Brian works closely with the Regional Real Estate Development team to help lead affordable housing development, acquisitions and Brian in Colorado. Brian joined VOANS in 2017 and brings over eight years of experience in affordable housing development and affordable housing finance. Prior to joining VOANS, Brian served as the Development Specialist at National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT).

At NAHT, Brian was responsible for the financial structuring and project management services for 4% and 9% LIHTC deals with clients across the US. Brian has previously done work for the National Low Income Housing Coalition and Environmental Law and Policy Center. His affordable housing experience includes the  development of over 1,200 total Low Income Housing Tax Credit units using a variety of funding sources including Tax Exempt Bonds, HUD programs, FHLB AHP, CDBG, and HOME funds. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
