Jacci Nickell serves as Senior Vice President for Healthcare Operations for Volunteers of America National Services. Jacci has over 35 years experience in leadership positions in senior care and services, 14 of which in the role of Vice President for Regional Operations with the Good Samaritan Society.

Beginning her service to seniors as Social Worker, she maintains a focus on person centered care and well being. Jacci believes that much more can be done to transform the experience of aging and is deeply committed to that aim.
