Ann Robinson serves VOANS as a Regional Vice President of Senior Living Operations with responsibility for the Minnesota and Virginia markets. Ann brings to this role a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and more than 30 years of experience in various healthcare settings.
Her current responsibilities include oversight of senior living operations in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, comprehensive home care and Medicare Certified Home Care – ensuring that operational excellence is achieved in the areas of quality, stewardship, growth, and workforce culture. Additionally, Ann is responsible for ensuring that quality care and services are delivered to the residents and clients entrusted to us.
Prior to joining VOANS, Ann served in different leadership positions including Vice President of Quality and Resident Experience at Health Dimensions Group. Her accomplishments include building strong community partnerships; developing of quality, customer satisfaction and risk mitigation programs; mentoring strong cross functional teams; and championing change through periods of significant operational turnaround.
