About

The COMPASS program is a community-based outpatient behavioral health program supporting adults living with a severe mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring condition (COD) in the Northern Virginia area. Operating since 2018, the program uses a community-based model that addresses Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) for adults 18 years or older through outreach, intake and assessment services, and wrap-around services including housing location and other supportive services accessed through the Continuum of Care (CoC).

Eligibility

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Severed mental illness (SMI) or co-occurring condition (COD)
  • 18 years or older
  • Resident of Loudoun, Alexandria, Fairfax or Arlington counties

  • Outreach, intake & assessment
  • Housing counseling & location assistance
  • financial / in-kind moving assistance
  • Personal budget training
  • Peer recovery support
  • Integrated primary care, behavioral health & wrap-around support

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
