
Christopher Jedd is an experienced affordable housing developer with over 20 years of combined experience in the development and operations of affordable housing, senior living communities, and sustainability initiatives. Chris has led complex LIHTC and HUD-subsidized developments, overseeing projects from feasibility and underwriting through construction completion and lease-up. His work integrates finance, public-private partnerships, construction management, sustainability, and community-focused development to deliver impactful housing solutions nationwide.
Prior to joining Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), Chris served in various roles at Fairstead, Alpine Investment Partners, The Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver, and Erickson Living. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition/development of over 1,800 affordable housing units and has structured over $450 million in financing through LIHTC equity, HUD subsidies, bonds, and other public and private capital sources. Chris also led the development of nationally recognized sustainability and renewable energy programs within the affordable housing sector.
