Grand Opening of The Oaks

November 9, 2023 – Presenting The Oaks, our newest senior housing project just delivered in Dallas. 260 mixed-income rental units serving primarily lower-income seniors in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, featuring luxury amenities, improved public infrastructure, resident services, technology and health supports for aging in place, and a community health clinic, not to mention a great view of downtown from the roof deck!
