Alexandria, Va., August 06, 2026 – Volunteers of America National Services (VOA National Services) is introducing a refreshed brand identity designed to closely align the organization visually with Volunteers of America’s organization-wide brand evolution while strengthening consistency across VOA National Services communications, programs and services nationwide.
The refresh is primarily a visual update and does not represent a change to VOA National Services’ mission, values or commitment to the people and communities it serves. A key element of the new look is the updated Volunteers of America identity, including the use of “VOA” moving forward as part of a more modern and cohesive brand representation.
The brand refresh is being coordinated alongside parent organization Volunteers of America’s parallel rebranding effort, so the national organization and its 29 affiliates are increasingly connected through a shared visual identity. For VOA National Services, that alignment provides an opportunity to strengthen recognition of the broader Volunteers of America family while maintaining the individual identities of the communities, programs and services people know and trust.
“Our mission and the communities we serve remain at the center of our work,” said David Nisivoccia, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “This refresh gives us a more unified and contemporary way to represent who we are while continuing to reflect the compassion, quality and purpose behind the services we provide every day.”
Along with the visually refreshed assets, VOA National Services is introducing a new tagline: “Strengthening Communities, Enhancing Lives.”
The message reflects VOA National Services’ belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to flourish where they live and represents the services of providing affordable housing and quality health care to seniors, veterans and families.
