Home Health of Western Colorado, a service of VOA National Services (VOANS), is celebrating its 25th anniversary this November, marking a quarter-century of providing compassionate, skilled health care to people in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Since its founding in 2001, Home Health of Western Colorado has become a trusted health care resource for families throughout the region. The organization served approximately 450 clients last fiscal year in Montrose, Delta and Ouray counties, helping individuals recover from illness, injury and surgery, manage chronic health conditions and maintain greater independence at home.
