June 3-6, 2023 – VOANS Leaders Gathered and Learned at the VOA National Convention. Learning and discussion sessions included topics such as health equity, workforce development with innovative diversity, equity and inclusion practices and communication for human beings.

May 30, 2023 – When you have a mission, caring doesn’t stop at our residents, families and staff. We care about the communities we serve as well. VOANS and Gulf Coast Village donated buildings that were scheduled to be demolished to the Cape Coral Fire Department training.

April 3, 2023 – Elder Homestead, an assisted living and memory care community affiliated with Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), has appointed Katelin Dietel as its new residential director. Dietel brings experience as both a residential director and a licensed social worker to oversee the strategy and day- to-day operations of the community located on the border of Minnetonka and Hopkins.

April 2023 – The Homestead at Rochester, an independent and assisted living facility affiliated with Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), has appointed Brad Boatright as its new executive director.
