October 18, 2023 – Cadence is a 55-unit senior apartment building developed by Volunteers of America – National (VOANS) offering one- and two-bedroom apartments at 20-80% AMI, with an average AMI of 51%, demonstrating deep affordability. The building was designed to meet a critical need for senior housing in Fort Collins and support the independence and well-being of residents as they age in place.
