Hospice Care Speaker July 29

We are excited to offer residents, families, staff and the community the opportunity to join us for a free speaker series focused on seniors. Our upcoming topic is hospice—and how loved ones can get the support they need and provide care to their loved ones. Speaker: Patty Zenz Care Transition Coordinator St. Croix Hospice This is a free CEU for social workers. Refreshments will be served. AL and IL residents and their families are welcome to join.
