Kasey Liedtke is an accomplished real estate development executive with more than 16 years of combined experience in development, finance, and construction management, including over eight years leading full life-cycle affordable housing projects. He has successfully managed complex multifamily, senior, and mixed-use developments across multiple states, with budgets ranging from $8 million to $160 million. Kasey’s work integrates finance, design, and sustainability to deliver high-impact affordable and supportive housing communities.
Before joining VOANS as the Regional VP of Real Estate Development for Minnesota, Kasey served as Senior Housing Developer at Beacon Development Group, managing complex affordable housing projects across Washington State utilizing 4% and 9% LIHTC, HUD, and local funding. He was Vice President of Development at Redwood Housing, leading a national portfolio of affordable housing developments in Washington, Ohio, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Alabama. Prior to that, Kasey served as Senior Housing Developer at Bellwether Housing, where he led several major LIHTC projects, including The Confluence in Tukwila and The Landing in Olympia.
Earlier in his career, Kasey held key roles as a Financial Analyst with Arlington County, Virginia, managing a $240 million affordable housing loan portfolio; as a Project Manager at Paladino and Company, specializing in LEED and sustainable design consulting; and as a Finance Officer at John Snow, Inc., managing multimillion-dollar federal program budgets.
