Larenda Love-Butler is the VOANS Board and Committee Relations Manager, responsible for serving as liaison for the members of the organization’s committees and board of directors; building relationships with board and committee members; and managing internal processes that directly impact board and committee operations.
Previously, Larenda served as VOANS’ senior project manager responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives in housing and leading the department’s efforts to improve business performance.
Prior to becoming a Senior Project Manager, Larenda served as housing development coordinator, senior manager of housing development and senior housing administration manager. Previously, she served as an executive administrative assistant for the University of Maryland College Park for three years. She has completed various trainings and certifications including VOANS’ Keymakers Leadership Development Program and is a 2021 recipient of the Leadership in Program Services Award. Larenda is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota.
