Adolfo has more than 30 years of experience managing real estate investments and projects of all kinds, commercial, residential, industrial, office, and healthcare. He brings a comprehensive knowledge of investment, development, and construction processes and a strong engineering and information technology background. Adolfo has participated in many projects, from single-family homes to large multimillion-dollar multifamily, commercial, and energy industry projects. Adolfo earned a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, and holds a Civil Engineer title from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, with postgraduate studies in Structural Engineering in Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Karlsruhe, Germany, and Business Management in Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion (IESA) in Caracas, Venezuela. He possesses licenses as Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Associate in Florida.
