OCTOBER 4, 2024 – Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is proud to announce it has been ranked #17 on Fortune’s 2024 list of Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services: Senior Housing and Care. This recognition is a testament to the commitment and conviction of the VOANS workforce which results in the highest quality of care for seniors across the country.
To create this year’s list, Fortune partnered with global people analytics Great Places to Work, which analyzes employee feedback and evaluates company culture based on factors such as trust, respect, fairness, and camaraderie. Being certified as a Great Place to Work for the past six years, VOANS stood out among competitors as a workplace dedicated to its employees and the well-being of the seniors served.
