Our very own Lee Goldstein, Director of Housing Initiatives, did a three-minute interview on the innovative ways we are providing affordable housing for homeless veterans. From refurbished shipping containers to repurposed tiny homes, VOA is developing accessory dwelling units in multiple communities across the country, working to provide cutting-edge housing solutions for our nation’s heroes. November 9, 2023 – Presenting The Oaks, our newest senior housing project just delivered in Dallas. 260 mixed-income rental units serving primarily lower-income seniors in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, featuring luxury amenities, improved public infrastructure, resident services, technology and health supports for aging in place, and a community health clinic, not to mention a great view of downtown from the roof deck!
