Brad Boatright joins The Homestead at Rochester as Executive Director

New Leader Bring 18 Years of Non-profit, Mission-based Leadership Experience

ROCHESTER, MN (April, 2023) – The Homestead at Rochester, an independent and assisted living facility affiliated with Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), has appointed Brad Boatright as its new executive director. Boatright brings over 18 years of experience as an executive director in senior living and care to oversee the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Rochester community.

Having dedicated his career to non-profit, mission-driven organizations, Brad will support the VOANS vision to ensure residents and staff are living their best lives by creating a thriving community of people. “I am devoted to the aging experience of older adults and to bring fulfillment, growth and purpose to all residents, their families and our team members” says Brad. “By striving to provide the highest quality care and maximizing the 7 dimensions of the VOANS Well-Being program for each individual, The Homestead at Rochester can deliver an unrivaled experience for residents and their families.”

Located just north of the intersection of 55th St and 18th Ave in the northwest area of Rochester, The Homestead of Rochester is home to hundreds of aging adults offering 298 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartment homes, a comprehensive home care agency and a 56-bed skilled nursing facility providing long-term and short-term care.

The community is staffed 24/7 with licensed nursing staff and care attendants. Offering robust life- enrichment activities and abundant amenities such as a clubroom workshop and walking trails, the community is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.
