August 31, 2023 – The Homestead at Anoka, The Homestead at Maplewood and The Homestead at Rochester ended the summer with a TaleGate event – bringing the fair to their residents, staff and families. Not only is it home to many seniors who need health care services as they age, but they also offer outpatient rehabilitation services for nonresidents. After a major illness, injury, or surgery, doctors often prescribe rehabilitation to help patients transition back to daily life and activities safely, and this is especially true for seniors.
