As the Vice President of People Services (VPPS) for VOANS, Heidi Hudson provides organizational leadership and substantive expertise in human resources management. Heidi is responsible for guiding the efficient and effective administration of Human Resources; serving in an advisory capacity to the leadership team and providing leadership and strategic direction to human resources staff.

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Heidi has built her leadership foundation and HR philosophy on her personal values of honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and inclusion. She seeks to balance development of an engaged and fulfilled workforce with the core values and business priorities at VOANS.

Prior to joining VOANS, Heidi worked for Ingleside as the Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Development, where she oversaw Human Resources for three continuing care retirement communities. Her accomplishments included full implementation of UKG HRIS and fostering an environment of collaboration that lead to high functioning leadership teams. Heidi’s career has spanned both profit and not for profit organizations. She has held roles as Director of HR, Benefits Administrator, Training Manager and Payroll Manager. She also holds the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
