WELCOME TO CEDAR VIEW II

Cedar View II Apartments has 24 One Bedroom units for older adults 62 or over, Rent is based on the individual adjusted gross income and Water, sewer, Trash, Electric and Heat is included in the rent. We are located in Southern Colorado in the city of Durango surrounded by beautiful mountains. There are many services in the community for older adults and we have a Service Coordinator on site to help put our older adults in touch with these services. We have a Community Administrator to help with the certifications process and on staff we have a maintenance person to assist with our maintenance and repair needs of the facility.
