The Fay Garman House is an independent living community for persons 62 years or older. We are located on Peaks Island, just a short 20 minute ferry ride from Portland. The Fay Garman House includes 11 one bedroom apartments (all utilities paid) a community room equipped with complete kitchen available for use by residents and the island Healthcare Center is attached. Visitors can arrange pick up by the local taxi…many nearby churches, library, grocery store, post office, restaurants and shops.
