Nashoba Park is a Volunteers of America Massachusetts senior community located in Ayer, MA, and is professionally managed by Senior Living Residences in Braintree, MA. The community offers assisted living in a vibrant, dynamic social environment. Nashoba Park is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been newly renovated to accommodate beautifully furnished common areas. The Main Street location is full of restaurants and shops, making for fun group outings.
Nashoba Park supports an independent, enriching, and social lifestyle for residents through a variety of programming. The EnrichedLIFE program gives seniors the opportunity to develop new interests while pursuing their passions. With offerings such as walking and singing groups, yoga and Tai Chi classes, and art and literature clubs, there are so many paths to take!
Amenities
At Nashoba Park, seniors have the privacy of studio or one-bedroom apartments while enjoying the benefits of immersion in a larger community full of companionship, social and wellness activities, and supportive services. Residents engage with the community in a range of common areas, including a Sun Room, Library, Piano Lounge and Country Kitchen. Our residents and families also love to spend time in our enclosed outdoor patio and courtyard, which is also a Certified Wildlife Habitat, featuring a soothing fountain and raised garden beds. Our restaurant-style Dining Room highlights Senior Living Residences’ innovative Brain Healthy Cooking program. Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean diet, research shows that this program boosts brain health and even delays symptoms of Alzheimer’s.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Nashoba Park offers a short-term and trial stay option that includes all the services and amenities available to our permanent residents. This program is perfect for giving primary caregivers a break or during family vacations, easing the transition after a hospitalization or rehab stay when you might not be ready to return home just yet, or if you simply want to “try out” the assisted living experience. Our trial stay program has no minimum length – so your loved one can stay for as short or as long as they like to decide if Nashoba Park is the right fit.
