Palomar Apartments is a 168-unit residential apartment facility that is designed to facilitate the affordable housing needs of moderate and middle income families. This is a transitional housing property with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Palomar Apartments provides a clean, safe and relaxing environment for families to thrive in by providing tools to help strengthen families such as it’s after school tutoring program, intro to computers class, and financial literacy classes. People can apply online or by speaking with the Community Administrator. No referrals are required to apply. This facility does accommodate people with disabilities.
