WELCOME TO SUNSET TOWERS
Sunset Towers facilities consists of 100 one-bedroom units, ten or which are modified to meet federal accessibility requirements for mobility and impaired persons. The units are approximately 580 square feet and are unfurnished, carpeted one-bedroom units. Utilities included in the rent are gas, electric, water, and trash. The community room is large and bright and the building is secured with a fenced parking lot. Shopping trips twice a week provided by RTD. From our beautiful facility to our friendly and delightful residents that greet you at the door, we know that you will be satisfied to see what Sunset Towers has to offer.
