WELCOME TO CENTER FOR SUPPORTIVE LIVING
Troy Center for Supportive Living is a California licensed board and care facility for male and female adults, aged 18-59, who struggle with chronic mental illness and disabling conditions. The 40-bed supportive living program offers individuals shelter and supportive services to adults in San Diego County annually. Supportive services include: all means and snacks provided, medication management, laundry services, transportation to doctor appointments and outings in the community. We also have life skills classes and individual sessions for clients in crisis.
