Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) recently received an allocation of State and 4% low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) from Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) for the development of Rendezvous, a 52-unit affordable housing property for older adults in Montrose, Colorado.
