Zachary Schmitz, MHA, LNHA
Executive Director
Zach has 3 years of Skilled Nursing Administration and has his Masters in Health Administration. His goal is to provide valuable support and leadership to Maplewood Senior Living in order to achieve team goals and outcomes. He believes in creating a culture where resident quality of care is the most important driver to our continued success. When away from his desk he enjoys fishing, hunting, being on the lake, and playing golf.

Stephanie Youngberg, RN, MSN
Director Of Clinical Services
Stephanie brings much clinical knowledge to the community as she previously was the RN Case Manager and a Nurse Consultant for four years who specialized in Assisted Living. She is a Bethel University alumnus where she received her Bachelor of Nursing degree and is currently attending Western Governors University and will complete her Master of Nursing for Healthcare Management and Leadership this summer.

JoAnn Molitor, CFPM
Senior Care Consultant
JoAnn has years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Her love for people and being a “helper” is her greatest asset. She is a Northwestern College alumnus where she received her Bachelors of Communications. At this time in her career, she could not be happier than to work/help families as they make decisions for their loved ones. When away from her desk, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two grandchildren and their four-legged friends at home.

Jodi Sopp
Life Enrichment Director
Jodi has been with Volunteers of America National Services for over 35 years. Previously, Jodi worked at the Maplewood Care Center in the Life Enrichment Department. Jodi describes herself as hardworking, responsible and a team player! She loves to laugh and bring laughter to others. Feel free to stop by her office and say “Hello!” In her spare time, Jodi enjoys spending time with her two daughters and granddaughter.

Justin Klunk, CMD
Culinary Services Director
Justin has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years. He started in healthcare about 8 years. Justin choose to work in the food services industry because he enjoys cooking and making people happy. In his free time, he loves spending time hunting, fishing and golfing with his son Louis

Todd Bruns
Maintenance Director
Todd has worked here at Volunteers of America National Services for over 15 years. His hard work and dedication shines in all the work that he does here at Maplewood Senior Living. In his spare time, Todd enjoys weekends at his cabin, traveling and spending time with his family.

Katryna Yang
Administrative Assistant
Given the opportunity to build a career here at Volunteers of America National Services, Katryna’s responsibilities involve answering phone calls, providing knowledge to those who seek it, filing paperwork and so on but more importantly greeting and maintaining our bond and relationship with the residents and their families. When away from her desk, Katryna enjoys spending time with her fiery 3-year-old daughter, whether its dancing, manicures & pedicures, or random trips to Target.
