Our Team
Mike Anderson
Campus Executive Director
Mike is excited to lead the Rochester team as the Campus Executive Director. What started as a part time job in high school in a nursing home has turned into his calling for a lifetime career. He has a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management with an emphasis in long-term care management from Concordia College-Moorhead. He brings with him over 13 years of experience in senior leadership in nursing homes, assisted living, home care, clinics, treatment centers, and residential mental health operations. His wife Allysa teaches special education at the high school level. They have two sons, Rhett and Holt, who keep them busy; they are active in wrestling, lacrosse, foot and junior bible quiz. Their family also includes two dogs, a cat, and some chickens. His faith is strong and he serves as a leader in the Sunday school program and weekly small group. A fun fact: He recently took up running and plans to run a marathon this fall.

Kelly is the Director of Nursing for Rochester Rehab and Living. She has a Master’s degree in Nursing Education. She has spent her entire career in long term care. Kelly started as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked her way up to Director of Nursing. The part she loves most about her job is being able to get to know the residents. For some residents, we truly become their family. She lives in Pine Island, with her kids Jaxon, Colton, and Owen. She loves going to their baseball and football games, watch the Vikings and the Minnesota Wild, and spending their summer nights outdoors.
Tony Bauer
Director of Environmental Services
Tony brings a plethora of experience and energy from various positions throughout his life. His experience is mostly in construction—even owning his own construction company in Georgia for many years. He couldn’t stay still when he “retired,” and decided to move to Minnesota to be closer to his wife’s family. His wife, Dr. Heidi Halla-Bauer, is a psychologist, and he has two sons. A fun fact is he played minor league baseball for the Augusta Green Jackets. In his spare time, he serves as a board member on the Southeast Minnesota Health Care Coalition, and coaches hockey and baseball.
