Units at Waterfront Village are available to older adults ages 55 and over who are income qualified. The community consists of large one-bedroom units with energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, onsite laundry facilities, and indoor/outdoor community spaces. The property also boasts walking paths that connect to the county’s beautiful trail network.
Waterfront Village offers spacious one-bedroom apartments with large windows and fully accessible and convenient kitchens and bathrooms. Shopping is a short drive away (1/2 mile). This is the ideal community for those who enjoy the peace and tranquility of a small-town setting. The friendly environment you will experience will convince you that you have arrived home. The community also offers several units designated specifically for homeless veterans.
