Dementia Education Series
Complimentary Event! Our dementia series, “Get the Facts,” is presented by The Homestead at Anoka, ProMedica and Heartland Hospice. We will provide useful information to family and loved ones concerned about dementia. In addition, we will discuss understanding the healthcare system, and how you can make quality healthcare decisions prior to a sudden change in condition or before an emergency situation occurs. We will educate you on general health concerns, as well as disease and symptoms management, and more!
