Memory Support

Within intimate households, people with memory loss move throughout their days enjoying the freedom to be active and social, while experiencing structured care and supervision. Our compassionate staff meets each individual’s long-term health care needs. Volunteers of America National Services memory support caregivers are expertly trained, and support family of those with memory loss. Memory support household access is managed.

Respite Care

For caregivers who need a little time away, brief, nurturing respite stays in our communities are ideal care options for their loved ones. Our respite guests enjoy the same short-term rehab, long-term care and memory support health care and services our residents receive, including individualized plans of care, activities, conveniences and amenities. Respite stays also are perfect for anyone recovering from illness or hospitalization.

Short-term Rehabilitation

As our short-term assisted living guest, you’ll find we share your goals as you work toward recovery after illness, injury or hospitalization. Your short-term assisted living guest services team is available to fulfill requests and to offer up-to-the-minute social activities and amenities information.

Skilled Nursing

Seniors who make their homes in our state-licensed skilled care centers receive high levels of individualized health and personal services within the comfort of inviting skilled health care community neighborhoods. Specially trained Optimal Care teams of licensed nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists and other professionals collaborate with each resident and their physician to develop personalized care plans. Life enrichment, educational and spiritual activities enhance the overall wellness of our residents.
